FOAM 29

FOAM 29 is now In-Service!!

Foam 29 is a specialized unit that was awarded to the Rosenhayn Fire and Rescue as part of the 2005 Domestic Preparedness Grant program through Cumberland County and the State of New Jersey.  This mobile foam unit is very unique and will carry 660 gallons of Alcohol Resistant Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AR-AFFF) and will be available to respond to incidents requiring large quantities of AFFF throughout southern New Jersey and even surrounding states if needed.   This unit was custom built by Cottrell Associates, Combat Support Products Division located in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina.

• 12000 GVW 20 feet long, 7 feet wide

• 660 gallons of National Foam Universal Gold 1/3% AR-AFFF

• 500-750-1000 GPM Foam Monitor

• 500 GPM Foam Monitor for use with LDH and remote monitor

• 125 GPM Eductor for hand line use

• LDH Intake with relief

• 3000 Watt Honda Generator for onboard electric and 500 watt lighting

• Onboard Foam Transfer Pump
